STRUCTURE OUT OF CHAOS
After about twelve years within the banking and financial sector, I had become accustomed to complex projects, in-depth analyses and environments in which accuracy is essential. I worked in regulatory reporting for five years and then started working as a finance contractor and business analyst. My activities include information and data analysis, implementing solutions, stakeholder management and explaining not only what has been done, but also why.
I like dynamic work. I like to solve problems. But within long-term corporate projects, the final result can sometimes feel far away. Klink Finance Consultancy was born out of the desire to work differently. I wanted to be able to tackle a problem from start to finish. Understanding what doesn't work, creating structure, implementing a practical solution and actually seeing what difference that makes for a customer. Simply put, I like to create structure in chaos.

Elloa has a master's degree in Accounting & Control and a bachelor's degree in International Financial Management. Her professional experience includes positions at ING Bank N.V., ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Rabobank and Kas Bank N.V., with activities within regulatory reporting, business analysis, financial information, data quality, testing, process coordination and stakeholder management. This background forms the basis for the way Klink Finance Consultancy works today: carefully, analytically and with a clear focus on practical results.
